Theresa Deussen, Ph.D. founder and owner, has designed and conducted educational research and evaluation projects for over two decades. She worked as a researcher, manager, and ultimately co-director of research and evaluation at Education Northwest, where she led numerous large-scale evaluations, including rigorous experimental studies as well as studies of implementation processes. Her work at Education Northwest focused on literacy development and the education of English learners. She is committed to working closely with educators to collect and analyze meaningful data that can inform programs and policies that support students.
