Perhaps you know you need an evaluation to see how your educational program is working, but you aren’t sure what it should look like. We can work with your to design an evaluation plan, one that we or other researchers can conduct, or one you can conduct yourself. We can create tools for you to use and set up ways for you to analyze your results, or analyze them for all, all depending on your needs, available time, and budget.
Data Collection.
We work collaboratively with you to identify your data collection needs and create survey questionnaires or interview protocols that efficiently collect the information you really need. We put your surveys online and craft the communication that maximizes responses rates. We conduct interviews or focus groups online, by phone or in-person, in English or Spanish.
Reporting Results.
We can develop traditional, detailed reports, of course. But not everyone has time to read long reports. That’s why we provide a range of reporting options to meet your needs. We can present findings in person or virtually or create slide decks, or charts, graphs, and highlights for you to include in your own presentations. We can write up findings in short memos or record them as mini “podcasts” for people to listen to when they have time.
Grantwriting.
We can help your district, state or educational organization write competitive grant proposals. We can consult with you to learn about your project and then do most of the writing for you, or we can review and help with revisions after you have drafted your grant. We have also taught researchers and educators how to strengthen their grantwriting skills.
